I am an eternal student who graduated with a double major in biblical/theological studies and communication. I have an MA in Communication, I teach college, and I am planning on another master's (in theology) and a PhD (in Intercultural Studies).

Since 2008, I've been living and teaching in Dalian, China.

The closest label I have for myself, in terms of religion is Messianic Gentile, though I'm currently in an evangelical church. My husband and I are becoming more and more interested in the Jewish roots of the faith. We keep the Jewish lifestyle and believe Yeshua is the Messiah.

As I am a theologian in training, I have thought through my positions on many matters. Some I feel passionate about, others I don't care about as much. I believe in the reality of spiritual warfare, believe in spiritual gifts and personally have the gifts of discernment, intercessory prayer, the ability to speak in tongues, receive words and visions. I tell you this because my worldview operates from this reality. I am also an inclusivist, an open theist who often leans in a more traditional armenian stance, for women in ministry except as the head pastor, and affirm the trinity.

I am a geek of many sorts. I love my Mac, my cats, my swords. Video games, movies, and music are a big part of my fun.

I am conservative and especially pro-Israel. I know a lot about politics and have read and do read a variety of sources of information, not just "conservative" ones.

I love discussion on matters of faith, politics, family life, books, music, and so many other things as long as it is a dialogue not a debate.
